Shipping

Moodboards are prepared and dispatched to the address provided at checkout. We aim to ship within the timeframe stated at purchase (typically within 7 working days).

Deliveries are handled by Royal Mail or trusted couriers. Delivery times may vary depending on location and postal services.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct — we are not responsible for delays or loss caused by incorrect information.

Delivery Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before you confirm your order. Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Returns & Refunds

Because Moodboards by Mail are bespoke and individually curated, all orders are final. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once your order has been placed. Please order thoughtfully before confirming your purchase.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your moodboard arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days at info@reneeturnerinteriors.com

We will work with you and the courier to resolve the issue, but cannot be held responsible for delays or loss once items are in transit.
