We want you to love your Moodboard by Mail. Every moodboard is unique, created with hand-picked fabrics, wallpapers and finishes from trusted suppliers. Please read the terms and conditions before ordering.

Ordering

Each Moodboard by Mail is bespoke and curated specifically for you. Items included (such as fabrics, wallpapers and finishes) are sourced from a range of suppliers and are not disclosed before delivery.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Policy

As each moodboard is individually created and includes samples sourced from third parties, all orders are final once placed. No returns, exchanges or refunds are available. Please order thoughtfully.

Supplier Availability

Fabrics, wallpapers and products shown in the moodboard are subject to supplier stock and availability. Renée Turner Interiors cannot guarantee continued availability of any samples or the ability to purchase them in the future.

Prices, lead times and stock levels for supplier products are beyond our control and may change without notice.

Delivery

Moodboards are dispatched to the postal address provided at checkout.

We aim to send out your moodboard within the stated timeframe, but delivery times depend on postal services. Renée Turner Interiors is not responsible for postal delays or loss once dispatched.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of order. All prices are in GBP and include VAT (where applicable).

Intellectual Property

The design curation, layout and styling remain the property of Renée Turner Interiors. Moodboards are intended for personal inspiration and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.

Liability

Renée Turner Interiors provides inspiration and guidance only. We are not responsible for any issues with third-party suppliers, such as stock shortages, product discontinuation, quality or delivery delays.
